About Ecofriendfoodcooking
We believe that healthy eating should be accessible, sustainable, and delicious for every Filipino household. Our mission is to empower people with recipes and guidance that fit their unique dietary needs.

Our Story
Ecofriendfoodcooking was born from a simple observation: many Filipinos struggle to find recipes that honor both their health goals and their cultural food heritage. We watched families navigate confusing dietary advice, expensive wellness programs, and one-size-fits-all meal plans that simply didn't work for them.
Our founding team—nutritionists, home cooks, and food writers—decided to create something different. We started curating and developing recipes that celebrate local Philippine ingredients while accommodating every diet type: vegetarian, vegan, paleo, low-carb, gluten-free, dairy-free, and everything in between.
Today, we are proud to serve readers across the Philippines with articles, recipes, and educational content that prove healthy eating doesn't require sacrifice—only knowledge and creativity. Every recipe on our platform is tested in real kitchens by real home cooks, because we know that impeccable technique matters less than dishes that your family will actually enjoy.
